The ideal candidate will have practical experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and lead generation, with the ability to develop and optimize campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Develop lead-generation strategies targeting potential property buyers, investors, and prospective clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate the creation of engaging real estate marketing content.
- Conduct audience research,



competitor analysis, and campaign performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track lead quality, improve follow-ups, and maximize conversions.
- Prepare campaign reports and recommend data-driven improvements to marketing performance.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of real estate marketing and customer acquisition strategies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.
- Ability to work with measurable targets and deliver quality leads within the allocated budget.
