About the Role:

Kartavya Healtheon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s digital presence in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency, strong content creation skills, and an understanding of healthcare-related communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content and compelling copy for social media platforms and websites.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns for healthcare-related services and brands.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and designers for creative content and campaign execution.
- Create, edit, publish, and manage regular social media posts, images, videos, and other digital content.
- Manage brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor comments,



messages, and audience engagement across social media accounts.
- Develop creative ideas and strategies to strengthen brand awareness and online visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience in content creation, social media strategy, and campaign management.
- Excellent English writing, grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to create platform-specific content and grow online communities.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing or healthcare brand communication will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
