Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and AI-savvy Social Media Executive Intern to support our content and social media teams. This role combines ideation, writing, short-form video storytelling, and AI-generated content. You will use ChatGPT and Google Flow to turn briefs into engaging, brand-ready posts and reels, working closely with the team from concept to publishing preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm fresh ideas, hooks, formats, and content concepts for Instagram, YouTube, and other brand channels.
- Create and refine social media posts, captions, Instagram Reels concepts, and short-form video scripts.
- Use ChatGPT extensively for content research, brainstorming, writing, and improving drafts based on feedback.
- Use Google Flow to create, experiment with, and refine AI-generated videos and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with the content team to interpret briefs, develop ideas, and execute creative concepts.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and the social media team to prepare approved content for publishing.
- Help maintain content calendars, organise creative assets, and keep track of assigned deliverables.
- Follow relevant trends, viral content formats, emerging AI tools, and competitor content for inspiration.
- Review AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, correct spelling, visual quality, and brand fit.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Google Flow; personal or academic projects count.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and current short-form content trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate an idea into a clear script or content brief.
- Attention to detail, especially when reviewing AI-generated text, scenes, and video content.
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable working and coordinating with a creative team.
- Open to experimenting, receiving feedback, learning new tools, and improving quickly.
Valuable to Have
- Basic video editing or design skills; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience creating AI-generated images, video scenes, or social content for personal projects.
- Previous internship, college project, or freelance exposure to content or social media.

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Stipend: Based on skills and experience
