Job Requirement

:
- A construction site supervisor oversees daily in office operations, manages labor and subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

· Site Management & Operations: Direct daily construction activities, assign tasks to crews, and maintain smooth coordination across all active work fronts. · Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, mandate the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and address hazards immediately.

· Quality Control: Inspect workmanship, verify tasks match architectural blueprints and building codes,



and correct defects promptly.

· Material & Logistics Coordination: Track inventory, manage building material deliveries, coordinate equipment (such as cranes or forklifts), and minimize material waste

· Reporting & Administration: Maintain daily site logs, track worker attendance, report progress or delays to Project Managers, and attend site management meetings.
