Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage industrial relations with unions, employees, and government agencies to maintain a positive work environment.

- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Develop and implement effective labor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with plant management to resolve conflicts and improve overall productivity.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in factory HR or related field.

- Solid understanding of labour laws, union negotiations, and industrial relations best practices.

- Proven track record in managing complex HR operations in an automobile manufacturing setting.
