About the Role

CricTracker is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of cricket and cricket mobile gaming.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating fresh ideas, creating engaging content, and developing innovative social media concepts that connect with cricket fans and gaming audiences. This role requires someone who goes beyond routine publishing, takes ownership of content execution, identifies emerging trends, and drives audience engagement through original and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms
- Generate creative and engaging content ideas around cricket and mobile gaming.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, memes, and interactive content.
- Dev elop content around live matches, tournaments, player performances, trending topics, and gaming activities.
- Write and review captions to maintain creativity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Identify social media trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Manage client requirements and meet agreed deliverables and deadlines.
- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of cricket, including players, tournaments, match situations, and current trends.
- Familiarity with cricket mobile games and gaming-related content.
- Proven ability to generate original ideas and create engaging social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing creative social media posts, campaigns, reels, memes, or interactive content is preferred.
