Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Functional / ITSM Process Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Senior ServiceNow Functional / ITSM Process Consultant with a strong background in ITSM process assessment, optimization, and business process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with business stakeholders, identifying process gaps, conducting workshops, and recommending ITIL-aligned solutions to improve ServiceNow operations.

Important: This is a functional consulting role. ServiceNow development and configuration will be handled by the client's internal technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess existing ServiceNow ITSM processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive ITSM process reengineering, standardisation, and optimisation.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow technical teams to implement recommended process changes.
- Define functional requirements, dashboards, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Provide end-user training and support ServiceNow adoption.
- Ensure processes are aligned with ITIL and ITSM best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant ServiceNow functional consulting experience.

- Proven experience in process assessment, gap analysis, and optimisation.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct workshops and define future-state ITSM processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience guiding technical teams on functional requirements.
- ITIL certification is preferred.

Profiles primarily focused on ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, or technical configuration will not be considered a strong fit.
