Title: Sales Executive / Sr. Executive, Bentley (Mumbai/Maharashtra)

Reports to: Product Manager, Bentley

Experience: 3-4 years in B2B software or engineering software sales

Responsibilities

- Own current-logo acquisition and account growth for Bentley in Mumbai/MMR (infrastructure, roads, rail/metro, water, buildings, plant)
- Build and manage a pipeline: prospecting, qualification, demos with the technical team, quotations, closure
- Drive renewals/subscription conversions (SELECT, E365, etc.) and cross-sell to existing Bentley users
- Weekly pipeline reporting and CRM hygiene; achieve quarterly targets

Must-have

- 3-4 years of B2B sales, ideally CAD/BIM/engineering software (Bentley, Autodesk, Trimble, Hexagon, Dassault, Tekla, Esri, or a reseller of these)
- Familiarity with AEC customers: EPC contractors, PMCs, design consultants




- Comfort with long enterprise sales cycles, quotations and commercial negotiation
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus

Good to have: Bentley product exposure (MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBuildings, STAAD, OpenFlows, ProjectWise), an engineering degree (civil preferred) with or without an MBA, and an existing Mumbai AEC network.
