About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Home Consultant/Senior Sales Executive for a leading furniture and home décor brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, furniture, home interiors, or lifestyle products, with a passion for helping customers create beautiful and functional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in customers to understand their home décor requirements, preferences, budgets, and lifestyle needs.

Provide personalized product recommendations for furniture, furnishings, and home décor solutions.

Drive sales conversions and achieve individual as well as store sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, pricing, designs, and ongoing promotions.

Support store merchandising, product displays, and visual presentation.

Coordinate with operations, warehouse,



and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

Maintain sales records, follow up with prospective customers, and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, retail, furniture, home décor, or the home interiors industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert walk-in enquiries into sales.

Good product presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with an interest in furniture, interiors, and lifestyle products.

Graduation in any discipline preferred.

Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad and Bengaluru in rotational shifts.
