Manage overall plant operations, production, quality, and maintenance.
Must have experience in automotive chain manufacturing processes, including wire drawing, stamping, heat treatment, machining, chain assembly, and riveting.
Required Candidate profile
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost optimization.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, and process improvement.
