- Responsible for evaluating and executing principal investment opportunities across sectors, including growth equity, late-stage, pre-IPO and secondary transactions.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from deal sourcing, screening and due diligence to financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations and transaction closure.
- Lead investment analysis, prepare investment committee presentations and coordinate with legal, financial and other external advisors through definitive documentation.
- Oversee portfolio investments, monitor performance and identify value-creation opportunities to maximise returns.
- Work closely with senior leadership and investment committees on investment decisions, transaction execution and portfolio strategy.
