Role & responsibilities

Agile Execution: Drive the end-to-end hiring cycle with a strict focus on quick turnaround times (TAT) and speedy position closures.

- Active Sourcing: Build solid candidate pipelines utilizing Naukri, LinkedIn, external consultants, and internal HR collaboration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, proactively adjusting requirements based on real-time talent pool availability.
- Postings & Communications: Design compelling job postings, manage internal referral communications, and seamlessly execute the employee referral bonus policy.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews efficiently, maintain sharp oversight of candidate facts, and prioritize high-quality, fast-onboarding hires.
- Performance Tracking: Own recruitment metrics and report daily closure progress and during weekly reviews.
