What you’ll do

- Work with product, technology and leadership teams to gather, document and prioritise business requirements
- Turn business needs into clear user stories, process flows and functional specifications
- Analyse market, customer and operational data to find opportunities and support decisions
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Excel that leadership uses to track progress
- Research retirement,



pension and fintech markets across India, the USA and Europe
- Map and improve business processes, from customer onboarding to partner operations
- Support partnership and expansion projects with financial models and business cases
- Join Agile ceremonies and help keep projects on track using JIRA or similar tools

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and spoken English, and confidence presenting to international stakeholders
- Curiosity about finance, technology and how businesses grow
- Freshers with strong internships, case-competition wins or analytics projects are encouraged to apply

Nice to have

- Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, asset management or consulting
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA or Confluence
- Basic Python for data analysis
- Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or Google Data Analytics
