Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kakori. The Salesperson will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and present packaging solutions aligned with customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals and quotations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems.



The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product developments to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools, and comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Kakori, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of local markets and willingness to conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional, ethical approach to sales, with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to long-term partnerships.
- Fluency in relevant local languages and working proficiency in English is preferred.
