We are looking for a Sales Executive (Telecalling) who can handle outbound calling to potential customers. This is a sales-based role, but with no pressure or hard targets. Your job will be to inform, follow up, and convert leads in a calm and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients using a given database Explain our products/services clearly to interested customers Follow up on leads and maintain a record of calls and customer responses Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus) Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling Confidence and patience in speaking with customers Basic computer knowledge
