Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building robust client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
- Present and promote the company's products or services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and reports as required.
- Follow up with customers to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

- Achievement of sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Revenue generation and overall sales growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
