We’re hiring a Sales Counselor to guide prospective students through that journey.
What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective learners over calls, chats, and in-person meetings
- Understand their goals and recommend the right programs
- Walk them through offerings, pricing, and the enrollment process
- Follow up on leads and keep clean records in the CRM
- Work with the team to hit shared enrollment targets
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication — transparent, warm, and a good listener
- Sales instinct with a consultative, ethical approach
- Organized enough to juggle multiple leads without dropping any
- Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, education, or related) preferred
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or ed-tech is a plus
- Comfortable with basic office tools and CRMs
