About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with 3+ years of experience in financial services sales or wealth management. You'll acquire new clients, grow existing relationships, and generate business across our investment product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire clients (business owners, professionals, HNIs) through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Conduct client meetings, understand goals and risk profiles, and present suitable investment solutions
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional investments and SIP growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Coordinate client onboarding, KYC, and documentation with operations and compliance teams
- Follow SEBI/AMFI regulations; present products accurately with explicit risk disclosure and no guaranteed-return claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in financial services sales, mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or banking sales
- Proven record in client acquisition, lead conversion, and target-based selling
- Working knowledge of Mutual Funds and SIPs (SIF, PMS, AIF familiarity is a plus)
- NISM/AMFI certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel, email, and CRM tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Preferred location: candidates based in South Delhi or South East Delhi
