- Risk Assessment &
- Inspections:
Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, job hazard analyses, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions or practices.
- Policy &
- Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce safety policies in line with national/international standards
- Training &
- Drills:
Organize and lead employee safety orientations, toolbox talks, fire safety instruction, and emergency drills.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses from start to finish, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- PPE &
- Equipment Monitoring:
Oversee the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machinery safeguards, and hazardous materials handling.
