Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Maintain product displays and store cleanliness. Manage billing and coordinate with the cashier, if required. Monitor stock availability and inform the manager about low stock.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales. Maintain sales records and daily reports.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge and billing skills. Presentable, confident, and target-oriented. Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
