Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls.
- Direct visitors to the concerned departments or personnel.
- Provide information via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain courier inward/outward records and databases.
- Coordinate housekeeping and facility management activities.




- Ensure the reception area remains clean and presentable.
