DATAPOINT IT AND HARDWARE TECH PVT LTD. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Python & Django Developer / Software Engineer. Candidates should have a strong interest in Python programming, web development, software engineering, and application development.

The selected candidates will work on developing web applications, implementing backend functionality, integrating databases and APIs, and building software solutions based on project requirements.

- Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code.
- Design and develop backend functionality and REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Work with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Develop basic frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in software development.
- Understand and implement software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Work with Python libraries for data analysis and visualization.
- Understand basic Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and assist with their integration into applications when required.
- Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and team-oriented development.
- Assist with application deployment and basic Linux or cloud-related tasks.
- Develop software projects according to client or assigned project requirements.

4. Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.E. in any branch, as indicated in the hiring poster.
- Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with suitable technical skills may also be considered.

5. Eligible Candidates
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs.
- Freshers with Python programming knowledge.
- Candidates with academic projects, internships, or practical experience in Django and web development.
- Candidates interested in software development and real-time projects.

6. Salary and Training Terms
- Starting salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Initial training period: Approximately 2–3 weeks.
- Salary during training: No salary during the initial training period.
- PF: Not provided for this position.

Regular salary will begin after successful completion of the training period, subject to the agreed employment terms. The final salary may depend on the candidate's skills and performance.
