We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Doctor / Medical Officer to join our hospital team and manage PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) patient cases and related medical coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate PSU patient cases from admission to discharge.
- Review medical records, treatment plans, investigations, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with consultants, billing, and other hospital departments.
- Handle PSU approvals, extensions, enhancements and medical justifications as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable PSU guidelines, hospital policies and documentation requirements.
- Review and respond to medical queries raised by PSU/insurance authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of required medical documents and case updates.
- Support the hospital team in resolving authorization, billing and medical documentation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with patients and concerned departments.
Preferred candidate profile
BAMS/BUMS doctor with experience in handling Panel ECHS/CGHS documentation
