- Shift Management: Plan, organize, and assign daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and coach plant or line workers; handle attendance, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health guidelines (such as OSHA or GMP).

- Quality Control: Monitor production outputs against specifications to minimize defects, scrap, and downtime.

- Process Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), apply Lean manufacturing or 5S principles, and solve mechanical or operational bottlenecks.

- Resource & Inventory Coordination: Track raw materials, manage inventory systems, and coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment servicing.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
