Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years

Qualification & Experience:

- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years ’ experience, or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years ’ experience.
- Experience in industrial structures, RCC works and civil foundations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering, billing, measurements and project scheduling. Experience in contract execution and administration is mandatory.

Key Electrical Design Responsibilities:

- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of civil and structural works.
- Preparation of BOQ, estimates, measurements, RA Bills and progress reports.
- Monitoring project progress against approved schedules and coordinating with contractors.
- Handling tendering, billing and contract-related activities.
- Review of drawings and coordination with project/engineering teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Quality management, quality documentation and compliance with project requirements.
- Management and allocation of project resources, including manpower and materials.
