SS Hyundai, an authorized Hyundai dealership, is looking for a responsible and experienced PDI Floor Incharge to manage showroom floor operations, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills, preferably with experience in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily showroom floor operations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Monitor sales enquiries, walk-in customers, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure proper customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate vehicle displays, showroom presentation, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily reports and update management on floor activities.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality,
and skilled conduct among team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in automobile sales or showroom operations is must.
- Experience in team handling or floor management will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
