Required Skills

- Strong experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

- Positive understanding of Salesforce CRM.

- Experience in email marketing and marketing automation.

- Knowledge of lead lifecycle management and campaign optimization.

- Hands-on experience with automation rules, engagement studio, and segmentation.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification preferred.

- Experience working in B2B marketing environments.

- Understanding of CRM workflows and integrations.
