Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth, including defining service offerings across mobile app development, website development, web design, digital marketing, and enterprise software products. The Owner will lead senior teams, make key decisions on project priorities and resource allocation, and ensure high-quality delivery to international clients.
Daily responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, managing budgets and financial performance, and guiding marketing and sales initiatives.
The Owner will also focus on building and maintaining a strong organizational culture, supporting talent development, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Robust leadership and strategic management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining goals, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in software development or IT services, preferably in mobile application development, website development, or enterprise software products.
- Solid understanding of web design and digital marketing principles, with the ability to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- Excellent business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to support growth in offshore and domestic markets.
- Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and represent the company to clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a founder, owner, director, or senior leadership role in a technology or software services organization is highly beneficial.
