The Job

We are seeking an Oracle B2C Service Cloud Specialist , your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment • You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs • You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.

- You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications,



and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives • You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Your Profile

- 5-15 years of progressive experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow CX) implementation, development, customization, and support.

• Deep understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and customization capabilities.
- Proven expertise in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
- Strong experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with other systems.

• Proficiency in PHP, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
- Robust knowledge of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Oracle B2C Service Cloud Certifications are a significant plus.
