We are looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Presales Engineer to translate customer business and technical requirements into practical, scalable network infrastructure solutions. The role will work closely with Sales and customers to develop solution strategies, provide technical guidance, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations, and support projects throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer-facing technical presentations, solution discussions, and equipment demonstrations, both virtually and onsite.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored network infrastructure solutions, nurture customer relationships, and support proposal development.
- Participate in onsite customer meetings as required, providing technical expertise, solution guidance,



and architecture recommendations aligned with customer needs.
- Provide architect-level technical oversight for large and complex projects, ensuring best practices in network design, implementation, integration, and overall technical delivery.
- Provide architect-level technical support during project startup and, when required, after implementation to ensure a smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, position, and promote opportunities for managed service solutions, including Monitoring, Element Management, SIEM/SOC, and Managed VoIP/Cloud VoIP.
- Design and develop large-scale network infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimates and translate customer requirements into Bills of Materials (BOM) and system designs.
- Provide technical recommendations covering routing and switching, L2/L3 networking, VPN, optical networking, firewalls, load balancers, application switches, WLAN, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure proposed architectures meet business, technical, scalability, and integration requirements.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and continuously develop technical and professional expertise.

The ideal candidate should have robust network infrastructure expertise combined with proven presales engineering, solution design, customer engagement, and presentation skills.
