AU Small Finance Bank is looking for a communications skilled with 5–8 years of experience, preferably in the BFSI sector, to drive integrated Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Digital Reputation Management, and CXO Thought Leadership.
The role will be based out of Bengaluru.
The role involves managing media relations, strategic content, digital communications, crisis management, influencer engagement, stakeholder communications, and data analytics. Working experiences with AI tools is must.
The candidate will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen AU's brand presence and leadership positioning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Corporate Communications will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil will be given preference
- Candidates should be based in Bengaluru
