Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Litigation & Dispute Resolution to take on a leadership role within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in litigation (court or arbitration) and who worked with Corporate or Arbitration Centre, strong decision-making capabilities, and proven leadership skills to guide and mentor teams while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Provide strategic legal insights aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Drive decision-making in a structured, controlled, and risk-aware manner.
- Mentor and lead a team of Legal Tech professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.




- Support the development and implementation of legal-tech solutions tailored to judicial and quasi-judicial systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards across projects.
- Contribute to thought leadership in ADR and legal technology domains.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in litigation (court and/or arbitration).
- Experience working with corporates, law firms, or arbitration centres.
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms, legal procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
