Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Land Acquisition Executive to identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels for residential construction and real estate development projects. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of land documentation, property negotiations, legal verification coordination, and local land markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential projects, apartments, villas, and plotted developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and landowners.
- Meet landowners, brokers, agents, and property consultants to explore acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate land prices and commercial terms with landowners.
- Coordinate with legal teams and advocates for title verification, encumbrance checks, ownership records, and other land documents.
- Verify land ownership, survey numbers, patta, chitta, FMB sketches, and other relevant revenue records, as applicable.
- Coordinate with surveyors, legal consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
- Assess land suitability, access roads, zoning, land-use restrictions, and development potential.
- Prepare land acquisition proposals,



cost estimates, comparison statements, and management reports.
- Follow up on documentation, agreements, registration, and acquisition approvals.
- Maintain a database of available lands, landowners, brokers, and ongoing negotiations.
- Ensure all acquisition activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Any degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in land acquisition, real estate, property sourcing, or residential construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of land documentation, property registration, and local real estate markets.
- Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and landowner meetings.
