Junior HR Manager

Role: Junior HR Manager

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

- Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related activities.

- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.

- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.

- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee turnover.





- Supervise HR activities and coordinate with management on workforce requirements.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes.

- Understanding of payroll, attendance, and employee documentation.

- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Leadership, multitasking, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
