Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Japanese Language Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate should have strong Japanese and English communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, booking-related requests, and service concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and service requests through voice support.
- Communicate professionally with Japanese-speaking customers in Japanese and English.
- Assist customers with booking-related queries, service requests, and complaint resolution.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow quality standards, service guidelines, and established procedures.




- Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Japanese.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant customer service or voice process experience.
- Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.
- Valuable English communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, travel, or hospitality-related services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Jaipur and in rotational shifts.
