Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and working professionals and convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and counsel prospective students.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
- Manage leads from enquiry to admission closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle objections and effectively convert leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales/admission targets.
