Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, operational, and managerial positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.

- Handle recruitment for manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, sales, and support functions, as applicable.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

- Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.

- Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer releases and candidate joining.

- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.

- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification.

- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.





- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in HR / Human Resources is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
