- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Explain the villa’s facilities and house rules to guests.
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen and common areas, including preparing rooms before arrivals, and change bedsheets.
- Provide housekeeping during stays as requested by guests.
- Change bed linen and towels, coordinate laundry and maintain adequate supplies.
- Keep the garden, entrance and parking areas tidy.
- Check that lights, air conditioning, water supply and other facilities are working properly.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks and report repairs to management promptly.
- Respond politely to guest requests and coordinate with management when needed.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, toiletries and other essentials.
- Look after the property’s keys and report any damage or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a villa, hotel, resort or similar property is preferred.
- Willingness to carry out housekeeping and general property upkeep.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is an advantage.
- Honest, punctual and respectful towards guests.
- Able to manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays according to the agreed roster.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
