About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter US IT / Non-IT to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end US recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage multiple requirements while partnering closely with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

The role will involve hiring across US IT and/or Non-IT requirements, depending on business needs and the candidate's area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing through screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, Boolean search, networking, referrals,



and other sourcing channels.
- Work on multiple US requirements simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical/domain expertise, communication, work authorization, location, availability, compensation, and overall suitability.
- For US IT hiring, recruit across technical areas such as Software Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, Business Analysis, and other technology roles.
- For US Non-IT hiring, recruit across domains such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, and other specialized functions.
- Handle W2, C2C, 1099 and direct-hire requirements as applicable.
- Understand and screen candidates based on US work authorization/visa categories and client-specific requirements.
