42fps Productions is looking for a Lead Filmmaker / Head of Video to lead our video department.

You’ll be responsible for taking films from idea → shoot → edit → final frame.

You’ll be expected to

— Shoot. Direct. Edit.

— Build the visual language of a project.

— Lead teams on set.

— Mentor and manage our video team.

— Oversee post-production and edit timelines.

— Keep projects moving and deadlines sacred.

— And most importantly, keep pushing the creative boundaries.

We’re looking for someone with 4–5+ years of experience, including experience managing and leading a team of 8-10+ people.

You should have a strong eye for aesthetics,



solid cinematography skills, a good understanding of editing and post, and the ability to bring both creative thinking and calm execution to a shoot.

But more than anything

We want someone who gives a shit about the work.

Someone curious.

Someone hungry.

Someone who doesn’t believe that

“valuable enough” is good enough.
