About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting along with commercial and documentation-related activities.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete cycle from order processing, PI generation, invoicing and GST documentation to dispatch coordination, accounting entries, payment tracking and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
- Sales and purchase entries
- GST invoice generation
- E-way Bill generation and management
- Proforma Invoice (PI) generation
- Sales order processing and order tracking
- Dispatch documentation and coordination
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Customer/dealer outstanding tracking
- Ledger and bank reconciliation
- GST data preparation and reconciliation
- Maintaining proper financial and commercial records
- Preparing basic MIS and finance reports
- Coordination with Sales, Warehouse and Dispatch teams
- Managing end-to-end commercial and accounting activities

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals




- Good knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic to positive understanding of GST and E-way Bills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger maintenance and reconciliation
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good communication and documentation skills

Qualification Candidates from the following backgrounds are preferred:

- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter
- CMA Inter
- Cost Accountant
- Candidates with relevant Accounting, Finance, GST or Taxation certifications

Freshers with relevant internships in Finance, Accounting, GST or Taxation are also welcome to apply.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete finance and commercial transaction cycle and work independently with minimal supervision.

Order → PI → Invoice → GST/E-way Bill → Dispatch → Accounting → Payment Tracking → Reconciliation → MIS
