About the Role

Saffron India Insurance is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and promote a wide range of financial and insurance products, including motor insurance, health insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, mutual funds, fixed deposits, and other general insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet individual and corporate clients to understand their financial and insurance needs.
- Promote insurance products, mutual funds, and fixed deposit schemes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Explain product features, policy benefits, and investment options to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and customer support.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and help resolve their queries.




- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Represent Saffron India Insurance professionally in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, finance, automobile, or FMCG preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and earn through performance.
