Fashion Communication Executive, Bengaluru: join Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited and help build our brands, Ewig Chic, Blouse Bazaar and Gaja Seere.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a fashion-obsessed communicator to help build our brands from the ground up. You'll work directly under our Creative Director, who conceives and approves every campaign. Your job is to bring those campaigns to life: coordinating shoots, running brand events, building our presence online and in the real world, and growing our circle of prospective customers.

This is a hands-on, mentored role. You'll be guided closely through our signature campaigns and events until you're ready to run them yourself.

Black Linus Clothing Company Private Limited is the home of Ewig Chic (luxury makeup and makeover studio), Blouse Bazaar (women's blouse wear) and Gaja Seere (curated sarees).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaigns & Content

- Support the Creative Director in developing campaign ideas, shoot concepts and mood boards, and bring your own fashion-forward, bold, glamorous ideas to the table
- Coordinate brand shoots end to end: models, makeup, styling, locations, schedules and deliverables
- Keep our brand content current with global fashion trends

Online Presence
- Manage brand presence across social media, blogs and relevant fashion communities
- Take part in online conversations where it's relevant and adds value to the brand
- Scout and shortlist influencers and models for collaborations

On-Ground Promotions
- Build and manage a team of freelance promoters, engaged on a per-event basis, for flyer distribution, customer engagement sessions and activations
- Plan, brief and supervise on-ground campaigns, and report back on results





Brand Experiences & Events
- Help plan and run intimate brand gatherings at our studio, such as cocktail evenings and complimentary makeup and photoshoot sessions
- Propose event themes for the Creative Director's approval
- Handle logistics, guest coordination and on-the-day execution
- Guest lists are built from our existing network. You'll maintain and grow them with recent, relevant names and follow up with attendees after events

Customer Engagement
- Engage with prospective customers in person, converting interest into enquiries and sales

WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about fashion, style and glamour, with a sharp eye for what looks premium
- Energetic, organised and comfortable coordinating many people and moving parts
- Confident communicating with clients, models, influencers and vendors
- A fast learner who takes direction well and then runs with it
- Fashion Communication degree preferred; fashion backgrounds welcome; freshers with real drive are encouraged to apply

WORKING HOURS
- 6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Must be available on Sundays, public holidays and festival days when events or campaigns require it
- Compensatory off is provided for Sundays, holidays and festival days worked

TASK (one page max): Pitch one campaign concept and one studio event theme for Ewig Chic. Include the idea, the visual mood, and how you'd attract the right audience.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
