FA Gifts Private Limited is a leading ecommerce company which owns India's two largest online brands; Floweraura and Bakingo, backed by a USD 16 million funding by Fearing Capital.

Floweraura is an online gifting Mammoth operational within the country at 40k+ pin codes and internationally present in the US, UK, Middle east Canada etc.

Bakingo is a leading player in India’s online bakery ecosystem, operating 110+ cloud kitchens nationwide and three state of the art bulk production facilities at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bakingo specializes in delivering high-quality, innovative baked products.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end domestic & international travel bookings - flights, hotels, cabs, forex, travel insurance

· Handle travel requests via mail / portal and ensure timely closure as per TAT

· Negotiate best rates with travel agents, hotels and airlines

· Manage visa processing and documentation





· Prepare travel itineraries and ensure travel policy compliance

· Maintain travel records, invoices, and monthly MIS / cost reports

· Provide 24x7 support for any travel emergencies, cancellations or rescheduling

· Coordinate with HR & Admin for guest travel and event-related travel

Requirements

· Graduate with 2-5 years experience in corporate travel desk / travel agency

· Knowledge of travel booking tools (Amadeus / Galileo / MMT / Yatra etc.) and MS Excel

· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

· Positive communication and coordination skills

· Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of visa process for US, Schengen, UK, Middle East

· Familiarity with corporate travel policy & expense management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
