- Creating long term product quality and durability by continual product research, testing and innovation.
- Current formulation development. Should carryout cost reduction activities in existing formulations.
- Testing of incoming raw material, standardizing raw materials. Testing & application of outsourced samples.
- Manufacturing of scale up batches, pilot batches. Customer complaint analysis, root cause analysis, problem solving Understanding IS or EN or ASTM standards and execution in daily work.
- Implementation for product testing & application, use of instrument. Support to sales and marketing during market trial stage.
