We are looking for an experienced and responsible Estate Manager – Industrial Infrastructure & Facilities to oversee the upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, infrastructure and day-to-day estate operations of our large manufacturing premises at Dhamdod, Mangrol, Surat.

1. Overall Estate Managemen
2. Housekeeping, Landscaping & Cleanliness
3. Roads, Drainage & Water Management
4. Municipal & Government Liaison
5. Vendor, Contractor & Manpower Management
6. Budgeting, Documentation & Reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with prior experience in industrial parks, municipal corporations, industrial development bodies or large manufacturing campuses will receive preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
