1. Job Summary The Healthcare Trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to candidates in healthcare-related subjects, patient care, hospital procedures, infection prevention, and clinical skills. The trainer will ensure candidates acquire the necessary knowledge and practical competencies required to work in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum and Qualification Pack (QP).
- Train candidates in patient care, basic clinical procedures, infection control, hygiene, and patient safety.
- Demonstrate appropriate healthcare practices and hospital protocols.
- Provide practical demonstrations and supervise clinical skill practice in accordance with professional scope and applicable protocols.
- Teach communication, patient handling, professional ethics, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct assessments, practical examinations, demonstrations, and mock evaluations.
- Maintain attendance registers, lesson plans, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Monitor candidate progress and provide additional support where required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and training centre guidelines.
- Support candidates in placement preparation and workplace readiness.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager, Training Coordinator, and relevant healthcare facilities for practical exposure, where applicable.

3. Educational Qualification and Experience Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility routes, subject to the applicable Qualification Pack and project requirements:

Route A: Registered Medical Graduate

- Qualification: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, or another accepted medical degree.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital work experience.
- Documents: Degree certificate, valid qualified registration,



hospital experience certificate, CV, and teaching experience/ToT/ToA evidence if required by the project.

Route B: Registered PhD in Nursing

- Qualification: PhD in Nursing with the required underlying nursing qualification and professional registration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
- Documents: PhD certificate, underlying nursing qualification certificates, registration, experience certificates, CV, and ToT/ToA evidence if required.

Route C: Registered M.Sc. Nursing

- Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
- Documents: M.Sc. certificate, nursing registration, hospital experience certificate, teaching experience proof, CV, and ToT/ToA evidence if required.

Route D: Registered B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital work experience.
- Documents: Degree certificate, nursing registration, hospital experience certificate, teaching experience proof, CV, and ToT/ToA evidence if required.

Route E: Registered GNM Diploma

- Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma with valid nursing registration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital work experience.
- Documents: GNM diploma, nursing registration, hospital experience certificate, teaching experience proof, CV, and ToT/ToA evidence if required.

4. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and patient care.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver theoretical and practical sessions.
- Clinical demonstration and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
- Classroom management and training documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor candidates and prepare them for healthcare employment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
