What You’ll Do

As an Electrical Tender / Bid Specialist , you will own the end-to-end tendering process for our electrical, automation, and IoT project bids. You will translate complex technical and commercial requirements into winning proposals.

- Tender & Bid Management: Review RFPs, tender requirements, and commercial terms; prepare high-quality technical/commercial bids, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Engineering & Estimation: Analyze electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications to select equipment, determine sizing, and quantify material needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal engineering, sales, and project execution teams to gather accurate project data and align bid strategy.
- Pre-Sales & Negotiations: Support pre-sales discussions,



track bid statuses, maintain vendor/client communication, and assist in technical/commercial negotiations.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all submissions strictly comply with relevant electrical industry codes, safety standards, and client guidelines.

What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
- Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years in electrical tendering, bidding, or cost estimation (experience with IoT, automation, or smart grid projects is a solid plus).
- Core Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in power systems, distribution networks, industrial electrical equipment, and drawing interpretation.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard tender management workflows to build clean, accurate documentation.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, sharp analytical thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and clear written/verbal communication.
