Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

- Lead by example through active participation in product design and execution.
- Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing Product Designers and UX teams.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of design quality across all projects.
- Provide constructive design critiques and actionable feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven design culture.

Product Design & User Experience:

- Own end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.
- Translate complex business challenges into intuitive user experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Champion human-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital products.

Product Strategy:

- Partner with Product Managers to define product vision and roadmap.
- Align design decisions with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.




- Use qualitative and quantitative research to validate design solutions.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.

Design Systems & Visual Excellence:

- Build and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Drive adoption of design standards and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, AI-powered workflows, and recent technologies.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to executives and clients.
- Build compelling narratives that communicate design rationale effectively.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Influence cross-functional teams to achieve shared product goals.
