Job Summary

LabBuddy is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in healthcare marketing, Meta Ads, lead generation, and online brand promotion. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Create engaging healthcare-related content, posts, reels, banners, and promotional creatives.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote LabBuddys medical and diagnostic services.

- Manage Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, and audience targeting.

- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, and engagement metrics.

- Generate leads and coordinate with the sales and operations teams for follow-ups.

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other marketing platforms.

- Optimize website content,



SEO, landing pages, and online visibility.

- Prepare regular performance reports and implement strategies to improve campaign results.

- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, healthcare advertising policies, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 13 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

- Understanding of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and lead generation.

- Knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools.

- Positive analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.

- Experience in healthcare, medical diagnostics, pathology labs, or healthcare services will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and analytical professional who can independently manage digital campaigns, generate quality leads, improve online visibility, and support LabBuddys business growth.
